Refund Policy
This page explains the refund window, request process, and payment return handling for VPNFine subscriptions. Requests are checked against the orders and payment records in the user panel. Keep relevant records and use a support ticket to track progress.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. The window is based on the first successfully paid order. It does not restart from the date you install a client, connect for the first time, or import a subscription. When submitting a request, include the first payment order so eligibility within the window can be checked.
You do not need to provide proof of a service issue or complete a connection troubleshooting process before making a request. Requests made after the window are not covered by this refund commitment. You may explain your circumstances in a support ticket for review; no additional promise is made here about refunds outside the window.
Eligibility and Order Verification
You may request a refund within the stated window if you stop using the service because of your experience, device compatibility, or a change in your needs. Verification focuses on whether payment succeeded, how the requester is associated with the account and order, and whether the payment has already been returned. A payment that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. For an order marked as unpaid, first confirm whether a charge actually occurred.
Traffic records, unusual traffic activity, or disputes about account violations may require further review. However, this policy does not set a traffic-use percentage, excess-usage threshold, or blanket rule denying refunds to accounts in violation, nor does it treat these as implied restrictions on a no-questions-asked full refund. Account restrictions and payment handling should be addressed separately. If there is a dispute, provide relevant records in a support ticket.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request on the support tickets page. Include your account username, order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If there are multiple orders, list each payment you want reviewed. You may explain your reason, but it is not required as proof for a no-questions-asked refund.
If the order status does not match the actual charge, you may attach proof of payment and hide information unrelated to the review. Do not provide your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase in a ticket. After submitting, add any further information to the original ticket so you can follow the request, verification, and return records in one place.
Return Methods and Payment Differences
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are handled through the original payment route where possible. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders require verification against the corresponding transaction records. If the channel cannot return funds through the original route, explain why in a support ticket and confirm a workable method first. Funds will not be sent to an unverified account.
USDT refunds require verification of the original payment record, transfer network, and receiving address; the standard refund process for other payment channels does not apply directly. Use the verification results in the support ticket to confirm return details. Any matters involving the return currency, amount, or channel fees must be explained before processing; no exchange rate or fixed fee is assumed.
Processing Updates and Follow-up
Submitting a request, verifying the order, initiating the refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. Processing time depends on the payment channel or blockchain, so no fixed arrival time is promised. Check both the status in your support ticket and the transaction record in the original payment account; an accepted request does not mean the funds have arrived.
If you receive a refund notification but cannot see the funds, reply to the original ticket with the relevant transaction status so it can be checked further. The handling of subscriptions and remaining traffic after a refund should also be clarified in the ticket. For account usage and other service rules, see the Terms of Service; plan billing details are on the pricing page.
